Returns
If you want a return and refund on any Leely Chai product, please contact us within 30 days of arrival of your product. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.
The product that you want to return must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in its original packaging.
To start your return, please email us at orders@leelychai.com to request a return and explain the reason for the return. Once approved, please mail back the product/s to the following address with the return code written on your receipt:

The cost of mailing the product to Leely Chai is at your own expense.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error as well as any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of receipt.
